Cancer site, histology, and current extent (localized, metastatic, no evidence of disease, etc.)
Important molecular findings (EGFR mutation, ER+, etc.). We assume that the patient has had comprehensive genomic profiling (FoundationOne etc.) and all genes with pathogenic mutations are entered. Do not include variants of uncertain significance.
